Payment
The deposit of will be taken at the time of booking for the value of the first nights stay. The balance will be charged in full 14 days prior to arrival.If you need to cancel 14 days before, you will receive a full refund, after this time we will not be able to refund unless we are able to re-let the room. If we are able to relet the room we will refund 50% of the value of the booking in the form of a voucher to use towards a future booking at Elm Tree Farm. This voucher will only be able to be redeemed with an online bookings.
