Payment
The cost of your stay will be charged in full 14 days prior to you arrival, after this time the cost is none refundable.  If you need to cancel after this time and we are able to re-let the room we will refund 50% of the cost 

Children are welcome.
A travel cot and a high chair can be provided for no extra charge but is subject to availability and we do not provide bedding or towels
One child under the age of 2 years not requiring a bed = £5 per day
One child under the age of 2 years requiring a cot (inc towels and linen) = £25 for the duration of the stay
Children 3 and over requiring an extra bed is £45 per person for the duration of the stay
The maximum number of extra beds/cots permitted in a room is dependent on accommodation type

WiFi is available in most areas and is free of charge

Parking is on site and is free no reservation is required

Pets are allowed on request. Charges will apply and is subject to additional T&C.

Check-in between 1600h - 2000h
Check -out before 1000h
We are  happy to accommodate early or late arrivals by prior arrangement and will be subject to availability

To ensure our team and our guests are safe during this time, below is useful information and details of safety measures in place to ensure that your stay at Elm Tree Farm is a safe and enjoyable one.

We operate an express check-in and check-out, and all payment is taken on line. If you have any questions or concerns during check-in or after, please call the duty manager

High touch area cleaning has been heightened, this includes; switches and electronic controls; all door handles and knobs; remote controls; bed and bedding; hard surfaces; kettles, glassware, and all kitchen implements. All room keys will be cleaned between guest stays. Please maintain social distancing and use hand gels provided. If medical attention is required please call 111.

Housekeeping is not available during your stay unless on request or to fix a reported maintenance issue, a member of staff will only enter a cottage on the guests request. If a member of staff is requested to enter a cottage whilst the unit is occupied, the team member will be wearing PPE and the guest will be asked to open all the windows and vacate the cottage so social distancing can be maintained.

As a recommendation, any guest who has displayed the following symptoms a; Cough, Fever, Breathlessness, Sore Throat, Headaches within the last 14 days should be recommended to reschedule their visit until they and their household members have been cleared of symptoms by 14 days, unless these symptoms are due to pre- existing medical conditions. The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry and or cancel reservation if the guest displays such symptoms on arrival for the security and protection of its guests and team members.
